Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the bigbossjudi platform — whether via the website or any mobile device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as all related policies incorporated herein by reference.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and bigbossjudi ("Platform", "we", "us"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Access to and use of bigbossjudi's services is conditional on you being at least 18 years of age. This platform is not intended for minors, and we reserve the right to verify a user's age at any time.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to register and hold only one (1) active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Bigbossjudi reserves the right to verify a user's identity by requesting supporting documents — such as a valid identification card or other relevant documents — at any time deemed necessary.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Bigbossjudi shall not be liable for any losses arising from the use of your password by another party, whether with or without your knowledge.
User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
Users agree to use the bigbossjudi platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent or illegal activity
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's systems
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform without prior written authorisation
- Transferring, selling, or sharing your account with another party
- Providing false information or using another person's identity during registration
- Engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and bigbossjudi reserves the right to report suspected activities to the relevant authorities.
- Multiple accounts per individual
- Fraud or system manipulation
- Use of bots or automated software
- Account transfer or sale
- Money laundering activity
Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions
All financial transactions on the bigbossjudi platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including FPX, Touch'n Go eWallet, and online bank transfers through major Malaysian banks.
- Minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction
- Funds will be credited upon successful payment confirmation
- All deposits are final once processed
- Bigbossjudi is not responsible for delays caused by the user's bank
- Failed deposits will be returned to the source account within the timeframe set by the respective bank
- Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered at the time of account opening
- Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is approved
- Bigbossjudi reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending investigation should any suspicious activity be detected
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Bigbossjudi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, our platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no express or implied warranty that services will operate uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
All content on the bigbossjudi platform — including logos, text, graphics, interfaces, software code, and other materials — is the exclusive property of bigbossjudi or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent.
The bigbossjudi platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only and do not imply that bigbossjudi endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Bigbossjudi reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if:
- The user violates any term set out in this document
- Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity is detected on the account
- The user provided false information during registration
- User found to hold multiple active accounts
In cases where an account is closed due to fraud or serious violations, any remaining balance may be forfeited. In all other cases, legitimate balances will be returned once the investigation is concluded.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Bigbossjudi reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate channels as provided under the relevant legal provisions.
